“If a Diablo III player is found to be cheating or using hacks, bots, or modifications in any form, then as outlined in the Diablo III end user license agreement, that player can be permanently banned from the game. This means that the player will be permanently unable to log in to Battle.net to play Diablo III with his or her account.”
Inside the end user license agreement is the message stated about. blizzard isn’t one to play when it comes to cheaters or hackers and the word around the internet is that they’re going to be cracking down very soon on Diablo 3 players that are found breaking their user aggrements. Blizzard and battle.net had a previous situation right when the the game first launched in the middle of May. This is the fair warning to those who think they’ll go unnoticed because with the added support of the auction house coming soon, this crack down is inevitable.
