BeATW: The 14 Hundred Dollar Game
Look at that. This auction is for a $1,395 dollar game, wow…. This here is Virtual Bowling, a Japanese only release. This game was the last Virtual Boy game released on the late, late date of December 22, 1995. It was also released in EXTREMELY LIMITED AMOUNTS. Some people will allege that Nintendo did this to prevent this game from competing from their in-house developed bowling game, Nester’s Funky Bowling. Anyone that says that is a dirty, dirty liar. Nester’s Funky Bowling was a US-only release while Virtual Bowling was a JAP-only release. They did not compete with each other.
This is one of those 10/10 holy grail titles. Still not worth this much money though…
